School leaders and teachers are invited to this two-day training of understanding trauma and developing strategies for stronger classroom and learning environments for trauma-exposed students. Participants will gain a stronger understanding of the systems, approaches, and processes that allow children at any age to progress in learning and achieve skills for a successful, nurturing school experience.

Participants will receive a copy of the book Reaching and Teaching Children Exposed to Trauma by Dr. Barbara Sorrels.

 

This two-day training will be offered in-person.
